Getting Help

If you need help while using Inscora, there are two ways to get support.

Cora - the Inscora Assistant

Look for the Orca icon at the bottom-right corner of any screen. That's Cora, the Inscora assistant. Cora can answer questions about the platform, walk you through features, and help troubleshoot issues.

Cora has access to the full user guide and can often answer your question right away, including step-by-step instructions for any feature in the platform.

If Cora can't resolve your question, you can ask for a support handover directly in the chat. Just type something like "I'd like to talk to a person" or "connect me to support", and Cora will escalate your conversation to the Inscora support team.
