Dashboard
Dashboard
The Dashboard is where you land when you log in. It shows all your clients in one view: application progress, insurability posture, and upcoming renewals. Every client has their own isolated environment, but from here you see them all together.
The Cloudwise Dashboard showing your full client portfolio.
Global Search
At the top of every page you'll find a Search bar. Type a client name or website domain and results appear right away. Click one to go straight to that client's page. This is the fastest way to find a client, especially as your portfolio grows.
Searching for a client by name. Results show the client name and their website domain.
Tip: The search bar works from any page in Inscora. You don't need to go back to the Dashboard to find a client.
Dashboard Widgets
Three widgets sit at the top of the Dashboard.
New Applications Progress
A bar chart grouping clients by how far along they are in their cyber insurance application (0β20%, 21β40%, etc.). Useful for spotting which clients need attention and which are nearly done.
Advanced: Toggle between Client and Premium view
In the top-right corner of this widget you'll see two small icons: a person icon and a dollar icon. They toggle the chart between client count and premium amounts, so you can prioritize by volume or by revenue.
Portfolio Insurability Score
A donut chart showing how your portfolio breaks down by insurability. Clients fall into four color-coded tiers:
Tier | Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
High Insurability | π’ Green | Strong posture. Likely to be well received by carriers. |
Medium Insurability | π‘ Yellow | Moderate posture. Some areas to improve. |
Low Insurability | π Orange | Weak posture. Significant gaps to address. |
No Insurability | π΄ Red | Critical gaps that would likely block cyber insurance readiness. |
Renewal Progress
A bar chart showing upcoming renewals grouped by time horizon (0β30 days, 31β60 days, etc.). Helps you plan ahead and focus on clients whose renewals are coming up soon.
Advanced: Toggle between Client and Premium view
Like the New Applications Progress widget, this chart also has person/dollar toggle icons to switch between client count and premium value views.
Client List
Below the widgets is a sortable table of all your clients. Each row shows:
Column | Description |
|---|---|
Name | The client organization name and their website domain. |
Premium | The client's current or quoted cyber insurance premium. |
Cyber Insurability Score | The client's CIPScore shown as a color-coded progress bar and percentage. |
Service Provider | The assigned service provider for this client. |
Renewal Date | When the client's cyber insurance policy is due for renewal. |
Cyber Application / Renewal Progress | The current status (e.g., "In Progress") and a progress bar showing how far along the application or renewal is. |
Last Scanned | The date of the most recent insurability scan for this client. Inscora re-scans every client automatically every 30 days. |
Click any column header to sort. Use the Search field in the top-right to filter clients by name.
Interactive Filtering
You can click directly on any chart segment to filter the client list below it.
How it works
- Click a chart segment, for example the "41β60%" bar in New Applications Progress, or the red slice in the Portfolio Insurability Score donut.
- The client list filters instantly. Only clients matching that segment are shown in the table below.
- A clear-filter button appears above the client list (e.g. "Clear progress filters" or "Clear CIPScore filters"), letting you remove that specific filter.
Combining filters
Filters stack across charts. Click a segment on one chart, then another on a different chart to narrow down further (e.g. renewal timeframe and CIPScore level at the same time). Each active filter gets its own clear button.
Renewal and CIPScore filters applied together, showing one matching client.
Tip: Try combining filters to find high-priority clients, for example: low insurability score + renewal within 30 days. Once you've found them, click into a client's CIPScore and use the Explain button on any validation to understand the issue and prepare your conversation.
